HOW IT WORKS/PRICING

Standard rate: $4,500.
Founder rate (first 3 bookings): $3,500.
Payment: 50% deposit at booking, 50% at delivery.
Day 1. 1-hour kickoff at your venue. I see the place. You hand me the data.
Days 2 to 12. I work off your data. Two short check-ins by phone.
Day 14. Handover. You get the costed menu, the re-priced menu, and the action plan.

FAQ

Can I do this myself?
Yes, in theory. It is roughly 50 hours of focused work, and the hardest part is killing your own dishes when the math says kill them. Most owners can't do it themselves not because they don't know how, but because they don't have 50 hours and they're too close to the menu emotionally. What data do you need from me?
POS export covering at least 90 days. Current supplier price list. Current menu PDF.

Is my data safe?

I clean it. Part of the job.

What if I do not agree with the recommendations?
You don't have to implement them. The deliverable is yours.

Can you implement the changes for me?
Not in scope of Menu Reset. That is a separate engagement.

Why fixed fee, not hourly?
Hourly billing rewards me for being slow. Fixed fee rewards me for being right. You get a number you can plan around.

Are you a chef?
